Exchanges and Returns

Are you unhappy with your order? We're very sorry to hear that, and we'd love to hear what we can do to make you happy.

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you receive your order to exchange an item for a different size/color or request a refund by returning it to a PostNL service point.

  1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE PROOF OF DELIVERY

Pack the items securely, preferably in their original packaging, and include the returns form. It's important to indicate in this form whether you need a different size/color or if you're returning the items, along with the items in question.


  1. STICK THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE SPACE ON THE PACKAGE

  1. SEND

To do this, go to one of the PostNL service points (a post office or parcel point) and send your parcel.

Once the product has been received in our warehouse, the size/color will be exchanged or the refund will be arranged as soon as possible.
